If I acquire or rebuild a spare working CT110 engine, is it not common to install it in a CT90/200 platform, if only temporarily as a swap out. Or would it be more plausible to just buy a new over-sized Lifan engine as a swap out. The idea would be to swap-out, rebuild and keep the OEM engine stored until ready for sale and in the mean time enjoy the CT with improved after-market performance parts without worrying about OEM component wear& tear. Im thinking about making my CT200 real-fun and saving the OEM stuff for later resale. I mean wouldn't that be more productive from a restoration and investment point of view?
