I drilled two more long bolts, so I can roll the bike on, pull the pins, pull the middle long bolts, and let the bike settle into the long gap that results

I fixed a flat but it was much easier this time with the lift I recently picked up at an auction:
I am adding a strap system to secure the bike but getting the work up to standing height is sure nice for an old fat man.
