A little history - I rode this bike around the block the first week I got it, then couldn't get it started again.
Right now my compression is at about 50 psi. Does this definitely mean that my valves or rings are shot? Or could adjusting
valves and timing alone potentially solve this problem on the cheap? I spoke with a friend who said if valves are not aligned it could
just not be making a seal?
My mechanic wants to pull it apart and replace a ring or valve - im hoping it wont come to that? (Don't make fun of me too bad for having a mechanic - just dont have the time right now to work on the bike myself)
Any alternative theories?
