Found the timing cap right where I left it on the tool box. Cleaned up the garage too! Today I pulled the old rusty rims off and used a bolt cutter on the rusted spokes to free the hubs. I then cleaned and painted the hubs where necessary. They were in pretty decent shape. Then I strung up the new set of rims, with new spokes and mounted some new rubber. I put a 3.00 - 17 on the rear for a little extra meat. Look nice. I'll try and get some pictures up when it's all done. I'm getting excited.

You told me the 3.00 was too much tread last week - guess you reconsidered! Let us know how how that all went, more details and pics the better

I got my hd rear shocks from the dr bolted on to replace my shot stockers, no more fender rubbing on my 3.00 Golden Boy knobby! New chrome is nice but now I need to do something about my rusty shock mounts.
