I spent the morning tinkering with my 1965 ct200. Since my recent engine rebuild, it never wanted to start easily. I re-checked the valves, points gap, set timing, checked spark advancer, and still no love. Then I remembered one bullet connector under the downtube wrap that never really clicked back into place that well. It was the yellow wire. I cut back the crusty tubing, cleaned it, some dielectric grease, and shrink wrap. Bingo! Fired up on first kick with a brighter neutral light than I've ever seen on her!

Then I played around with the OEM carb and a 20mm KeiHin from the doctor. Still not sure which one will stay, both have some issues. Overall a very good day in the shop!
