Tidied up the wiring and cables, mounted the pit bike skid plate and exhaust, mounted my ajustable manifold mounting block/spacer thing and got the manifold and carb mounted and positioned how I wanted.

My 125 Lifan swap is finally wrapping up. image

Things to do still to get it ready to go 'round the block: Order larger main jet for carb,  replace front tube (maybe both with HD tubes), put the chain on, fill with new gas

Things that should be done prior any serious trail use: Replace the brake pads front and rear, replace wheel bearing front and rear, replace steering head bearings, replace fork seals, swap out gizmo's springs for the stockers, swap over the KE100 rear shocks, swap out CS sprocket for a 17t, mount tail light and get a 12v bulb for it, check shift drum stopper bolt, check the tabs that are supposed to lock clutch nut in place

Things I need to get it road legal: File for a lost title, insure and register, get a new headlight bucket and headlight with 12v bulb, mount horn, add compact 12v battery, switch out stock 2 post stator for 6? post stator for extra juice (not necessary to be road legal, and probably not necessary if I'm only running a head light and tail/brake light, but I already have it so why not swap it in, plus I can always use it to power accesories image)
