Today I pulled the motor from my 65 ct200. Amazing how easy it came out considering it really has not been touched in 50 years. The nice UPS lady delivered a box of goodies from CMSNL in the Netherlands. NOS oversize piston, rings, and all new valve parts. Now it's off to an ebay machinist who loves old Hondas for boring and a valve job.  Before:image After:image HF Moto jack made dropping the engine very easy:image Engine mounted in my redneck stand. The cases will get new paint/polishing and hardware while the motor is out:image Valves have some carbon, but not too bad for 50 years:image Cylinder looks pretty good inside, but rings were worn: imageToday I pulled the motor from my 65 ct200.
