I changed the fork oil again from 5-30 to 10-40. The 10-40 works really well for my heavy old body and the new fork springs from Gizmo. Next I lubed the chain with the spray that goes on thin and dry's thick. I took the CT-110 for a 50 mile ride and all is very good other then my 71 year body. LOL.
I re-purposed a "Sriracha" bottle for fork oil, it works perfect, I filled to the level needed with water from a measureing cup, marked the bottle and let it dry over night. You can leave the twist lid closed until you are over the fork tube, then open and give it a little squeeze between burps until empty. See photo of my expensive new tool!
