Ah Doug, I looked really stupid. I was all alone without another vehicle in sight. From a bystanders view, there wouldn't have been any reason for me to crash. If there were any witnesses, I'm sure they were laughing their asses off as I picked myself up and tried to find everything that flew out of my custom box.
Thanks to all of you for your support and offers. Looks like I will have plenty of time to do all the maintenance that I have avoided because I didn't want to be unable to ride. Now I will be taking it all apart and cleaning the inside of the fuel tank. Hopefully I can get that leak stopped. Replace the tires with something that's better for street use. Clean and repair wire connections. Straighten the pedals. If I really get ambitious, a friend wants to pull it all apart and paint it. Guess it depends on how much true damage is done. I still want to be out there enjoying the summer weather. A little slower of course.
