This is my first time to join the over the bars club. Something I don't think I will ever forget. The good news about this whole thing is now I have to take time off from riding and have no reason to not do the appropriate repairs and maintenance I was putting off because I wanted to ride. And take my time doing it right!
Any ideas how to correctly align the forks to the handlebars?
1. Bars will NEVER feel the same, ever. dont'even think about it..... buy from eBay. ask here, whatever,, get a new set. OK?

2.WATCH those ribs...... take DEEP BREATHS every day, even though the pain may make you feel like puking, keep it up... make yourself short of breath every day at least twice... I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.. I have had 4 ( yep four) PE's ( Pulmonary Embolisms. or Blood clots in the Lung caused by Crashes/ Broken Ribs) the natural thing to do is 'nurse' em. WRONG!! Work em! if you get real short of breath, get ya ass to a Doctor/ Emergency Room IMMEDIATELY!

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.image
