Actually looking back at the specs with a good nights rest. I see the stock Idle Jet in a PZ22C is a #32 (needs a #38) so at idle it would be running lean. The Main is a #78 and it ought to have #72 or #74. The engine has been given a big bore kit and performance cam, and most everyone who uses this carb with a BBK and big cam says it needs re-jetted to #38 and #72 or #74
