I didn't think I explained that concept very well. My Bad!

When I use my spare tank helmet lock, my helmet seems to always be upside down, i.e. if it rained, it would fill up, this is because I don't want the helmet resting against my drive chain and get the helmet greasy.

I was hoping that the rear cargo rack helmet lock would... 1) avoid being close to the drive chain (seems a no brainer that, that will happen) and, 2) hold the helmet "top" (a line directly "up thru the helmet"?) pointed more "out to the side", so the helmet would not fill up with water if it rained.

I guess I might need to break out the camera and take a photo or two, because my description is still as clear as mud. Photos on Tuesday.
