Well you are of course correct in putting it back on after the paint job it cracked again. I reglued and used my cupcakes clothes pins to hold the crackling while riding in the mountain logging roads. Those two clothes pins stayed on through out the ride even when I did a header into a snow bank. I will need a new one eventually but for now I'm making do just because I wanted to try. I have this twisted thought that if I bonded a strip of plastic on the underside of the frame cover it would strengthen it.
I received in the post the new head bearings. So that will be my next project.
I would like to find heavy duty rear shocks.
After my ride in the coast range I spray washed the bike the hand washed it again, I'm thinking skips' floor covering would brighten up the Finnish.
