I want to post cylinder head temps to see if we can establish a baseline.

Today I ran several errands on my k1 at lunch, about 12 miles stop and go and a few WOT.

Let it cool off awhile and then home.

Ambient air temp 75F

After 12 min mostly idling in heavy traffic and then 4 min WOT followed by 5 min idling cylinder temp just behind plug was 331F. Maybe we can start comparing temps.

It's just running so damn good it's scaring me.  Reminds me of the Cessna 152 I flew years ago  "I was climbing and cruising way beyond what the book said the plane can do, right before the windscreen was covered with oil.... LOL".
