I finally ordered, received, and installed a new front stop switch for my '76.  The old one had not functioned in all the years I have had the motorcycle, so was long overdue.  It was a bit of a tight fit getting the new one into the brake handle, but pressing on it gently with a 4.5 mm socket head on a nut driver got it into place without issue.  Now my rear brake light functions when it should.

Found a couple of loose wires in the headlight bucket that left me with only one blinker working in the front.  Tightened that and some others up and all seems well now.

Discovered my new front tire likes to rub on part of the fender during part of its revolution.  I may have to read up on the "Wheel Truing" post I ran across a while back on this forum and see if I can fix it that way.
