Well, it appears I have fixed the problem. I swapped carbs with my PZ19 I had bought last year (the one Mel and other changed at the a fore mentioned Tech Day), reset to 2.5 turns to adjust the carb, and nothing. Flipping thing would not kick over for the life of me (or my knee for that matter). Then I realized something. I haven't checked the battery since the night before Tech Day 2012, and when kicking the bike over, it wasn't even lighting the neutral light. So, threw it on the charger for about 20 min and Bob's your Uncle, she fired right up after a few kicks. Readjusted the carbs to a proper idle speed. Next, shut it down and let ti sit for a minute. Now it fires on the first kick every time.

Also of note, I re-greased the throttle cable and slider bit under the hand grip. So, with luck, I think we got the gremlins away. But I won't cross my fingers or hold my breathe until it keeps running as it is for awhile. Tomorrow, after work, I'm going to tune the bike, complete with oil change and all again and some new fuel filters and air filter.

And also, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You all have made fixing this bike allot easier, thanks for the support and help. thumbs up
