I started dis-assembling my 80 CT110. Removed the tank, rack, carb, kick starter, handlebars, footbrake lever, and then pulled the carb apart and cleaned it in a sonic bath of paint reducer, after removing the rubber seals!
This bike hasn't run in 4 years, so it was well "munged". It also has a 78 CT90 motor, I put the 110 in the 78 CT90. Talk about wiring nightmares, I ended up switching harnesses too.
