Watched the vid on modification of the swingarm.
Took my little yellow bike apart, ordered hundreds of $ of parts from eBay and Dr ATV. Time for a full rebuild, from the wheels up, new tires, motor parts and presently sand blasting the frame for a fresh powder coat. Going to be off the road for most of the summer. Doug
ootpik,

Which swing arm modification video did you watch? Link?

I've been fighting a sticky left side cover--I'm attempting to change the counter shaft sprocket and chain to match the new rear sprocket. Like others here, I'm a bit challenged in the range-of-motion department, some times more than others. Debating going full tilt and removing the swing arm, modifying, and painting it.  (Do I want to ride this summer, or spend time wrenching?) I'd much rather buy a bolt-on if the price is right, though. Bought some nice NOS Japanese chrome, steel brake/clutch levers for a future project.
