Well i pulled the clutch case off and discovered that i had a boken part that secures it in gear once selected. pulled one from my parts motor case cleaned everything up for reassembly. removed the headlight and sanded it down and repainted while waiting for a new instrument molding strip and bulbs for all indicator lights. I dug out the old ct to remove its tires and install on the newer bike. Started reassembly of my monster motor with its 100cc dispacment and torque cam. oh unstuck the throttle that had glued itsself shut after installing the new grips.
Today im hoping to reinstall the clutch case add oil and fire this beast up hoping that the shifting will only have one neutral now. The high low has been repaired so maybe ill ride the little beast a bit and just enjoy it before digging back in to the appearance issues. next ive got to repaint the ebay frame cover and Air cleaner housing mount the new tires and this bike will be about done. well kind of is a bike ever really done? once the big bore motor is done ill swap motors and see how she works.
