I had to get a NOTORIZED bill of sale, then a referral from DOL for a state patrol inspection, then the inspection. Luckily, the bike had been out of state. If the bike had been from Washington, I would also have had to send a registered letter to the previous registered owner asking them to release it to me. If they had moved away, I could have brought in the un opened letter and that would have been good enough. Plus, not having a title cost me almost $130 extra..........................
But ..... it all good now thumbs up
