Yeah you all make sense and what your saying is fundamental with respect to modern bikes, still knew at this I just thought perhaps the CT's were collectibles on the verge of extreme rarity. The fallback value IMO is that they are relatively cheap paid $775  for the CT200 (probubly too much lol), and $600 for my performance modified CT110 which I thought would have cost me more becasue it a ready to go-fast CT. As far as the CT200 suspension the mods I made (springs/roller bearings) has proven very effective, no more speed wobbles in turns or fender scrapes hitting dips, at least on paved roads anyway. Even with the low sprocket gearing I couldn't imagine punishing that poorly designed suspension (for off-road) on any well traveled single track dirt trail, other then a pea-graveled RV park. But then again Im spoiled having ridden only "made-for-offroad" machines on trips that are dawn till dusk. I would just love to make these CT's perform as good as they look. Well I guess I better just work with what I have and make what improvements I can to both performance and looks as low-cost  as possible, and try to stay withing the apex of useful fun and sell-ability on a moments notice lol.

One aside advantage to these bikes is that in the event of an extreme solar flare, vehicles like these (pre-1980's) without CPU's will not become disabled. Everything else on the road today would parked or running.

As a 30 year retired Warrant Gunner God has blessed me with a 1965 CT200 and 1984 CT110, both of which run well and cost me only $1275 for both.
