Hi Tom and thanks for the link. I already ordered a Deltran 6v battery tender from a 'buy it now' on Ebay. $31.99 and free shipping. I already have a Deltran 12v that I use on the 12v bikes and it's been working for a couple of years with no problems.

I recently bought this 1980 CT 110 from PO in Vero Beach and it's had some mods. PO gave me a complete clutch assembly, original sprockets, chain, center stand, but kept the original jug/piston/rings/etc. He set it up for street use as it doesn't have the low range feature...and PO put new tires on that look to be more for on road than off road. I noted the 'fastest speeds' reported by others and this one seems a bit faster...or the speedo could be off? Rims/spokes are original so tire diameter is about same as new. Bike only has 2,600 mi on odometer so I don't believe it needed an engine overhaul and entire new clutch assy. It looks like a new bike and the PO is into competition dirt riding and he keeps all his bikes looking spiffy. He struck me as a person that knows how to spin a wrench. He also put different swing arms on to have foot pegs that fit his son better (foot pegs near center of swing arms) when riding as a passenger. He took his son to school and back daily on this one so it has not been sitting around. PO said that he bought it from an old couple in Cal and that it had 200 mi on it since new. That is about all that I know about it now...except that it is making me grin. I will find out more as problems arise. Right now I am enjoying the look on the faces of my buds when I pull into a watering hole. They are 99% Harley riders and lately have been whining about $25 fill ups at the 'low price' gas stations. I filled up with hi test and paid $4.70... which leaves $21.30 left over for cooling beverages. I need to buy a new, cheap digital camera and then I will post some pics. Old Sony camera uses floppys and they are not compatible with newer computers.

BTW, I forgot to mention that I also ordered a new battery from a different Ebay seller.
