I've got an ATC110 that's the same engine, but lacks the heel portion of shift lever. All that's there is a 'normal' toe-ops shifter. Many is the time I have to reach down & pull lever up by hand to force neutral when stopping, just as Doug says. Doubt my ATC clutch is 'right' yet, as it's only worm parts cleaned & reassembled. Plus the whole stinkin machine is surely possessed with demons, hob-gobblins and great toothy monsters...
