I think both of those are pretty similar to each other (engine wise).
I think the second one is mostly for the mini-trail bikes like the CT70, involving the non-engine stuff.

I usually recommend Amazon and get the used books (prices are usually better than Ebay). Then I take them to the local copy shop and have them cut off the binding and do a spiral or ring binding, so the books can lay flat when I need to have a page stay open.

They have changed the cover photo over the years, however, that's the one I have.
Almost all the aftermarket books like these cover multiple models, so there will be mini-trail and regular sized CT trail bike information, along with the CL's, SL's and various other MC's from Honda in that engine size range.
