I do not have time to do any more searching, but I recall guys getting flown into abandon tracks in BC. Surly a smart CT'er here could rig a bike up for this.....:-)

I would be interested in a guide to good bicycle roads. If they rate good for bikes we could ride our CT's on them I bet. There is usually a better alternative road. Almost always/ I ride my big BMW on the Oregon Coast highway until about 9 ot 10 in the morning. Then I duck inland and ride the country road that parallels it. Too much traffic and slow RV's on the coast highway.

In 1974 I rode a Vespa 125 from Denver to Seaside Oregon. 7 states, 3300 miles. Crossed the Rockies 3 times. I do not recall ever riding on a bad road, as far as traffic or shoulders etc. Of course I was 19 years old. never took a single photo. Was fun though!
