I just got back from picking up a CT110. It is in pretty good shape and has 5656km on it, way better than what I started with when I got my CT90. I got it for 300CAD, so about 225USD. The guy I got it off picked it up for free. He had an agreement to fix it for his cousin provided the cousin paid for parts and some for labor. He didn't want to pay for the parts and didn't want the bike back. It has been cleaned up and painted. It is still in the back of my van so I didn't get a real good look at it. From what I can see and what he said he found it needs a headlight(blown), taillight bulb, signal lights, kill switch is missing, brake lever is missing, front fender is missing, some spokes are broken on the back rim, exhaust studs are cracked off, the exhaust is rusty but I am hoping to save it, and some wiring is unhooked but everything is there minus a battery. I'm sure I will find more but I can't complain, it shouldn't cost too much to get road worthy. It has already been claimed by my fiancee when she gets her licence, which is fine by me.
I also picked up a 1983 Z50R for the kids today that needs very little work for the same price.
